I appreciated the central location as it provided easy access to nearby attractions. The staff members were very helpful and available 24/7. The parking in the hotel courtyard was also a significant advantage for me. I found the excursions recommended by the staff to be very interesting.
The room decor seemed a little outdated though the cleanliness was good.

Breakfast offered a great variety with fresh options available daily. I noticed yogurts, dried fruits, cheeses, cold cuts, and grilled sausages. Fruit cups, desserts, coffee, tea, and soft drinks completed the extensive choice.

I received an exclusive room and it provided excellent views of the castle. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I received a complimentary wine bottle upon arrival! drinks vouchers for mulled wine at the rooftop bar were a treat and sunsets were amazing.
the room i initially had was not like the photos and i was disappointed. however the staff solved this issue effectively.
